The Finished Christmas Quilt Top

I love the way this Christmas quilt top turned out. Blue and white are a nice Christmas combination.  This quilt also has lots of sparkly silver accents.   There are silver sparkle accents in the blue and white poinsettia fabric that I used for a stocking, a package and the border.

The packages are bound with Michael Miller's Fairy Frost too.

The the little light holders are made with Michael Miller's silver Fairy Frost.  I used sparkly silver thread to stitch around all of the silver raw edge appliqué pieces.  I also used it to stitch the silver 'light cord' to the white on white snowflake fabric.

All of the ornaments hang from silver Fairy Frost fabric strips.  I used Michael Miller's white Fairy Frost fabric as accents on some of the ornaments too.

You can find the book and some of the fabrics used to make this quilt in my shop, Christmas Jul.

  3. Thank you for giving me some inspiration for using my Fairy Frost. I got a little carried away when it went on clearance. I love the blue, silver, and white color combination you used in this quilt. Your embellishment make it a visual treat and give it some holiday glamour in a tasteful way. The cording on the lights is really well done.

  7. I found your quilt top on Pinterest, and used it as inspiration for my own blue and white Christmas wall quilt! I would love to send you a picture of mine, but I’m not sure how. You can email me at jessie.juren@gmail.com if you like. :) I have only been quilting for about 4 years, but I am proud of how mine turned out.
